Privacy notice
This notice covers this website only. It explains what we collect when you visit or write to us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated 1 November 2026
Who is responsible
ITCN Srl, Via Luigi Leonardo Colli 20, 10129 Torino (TO), Italy, is the data controller. For anything in this notice, including the requests described below, write to privacy@itcn.it.
When you use the contact form
We receive the name, email address, organisation and message you send. It arrives as an email in our Google Workspace account, and is also recorded in our own customer-relationship system, which we host ourselves on Microsoft Azure in the EU. Both are used to answer you and to keep track of the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and where you are asking about working together, taking steps at your request before a contract. We keep correspondence for as long as the relationship is live and for up to two years afterwards, then delete it. We do not use it for marketing and do not pass it to anyone else.
Checking you are not a bot
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at your IP address and signals from your browser to tell people from automated traffic. It sets no advertising cookies and does not profile you. Without it the form would be unusable within days.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare records requests — including IP address, time, page and browser — and keeps them briefly to deliver the site, prevent abuse and keep it available. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying anyone.
Google Analytics, only if you accept
If you accept cookies, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and tells us how the site is used. Google acts as our processor and may process the data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, nothing is requested from Google at all. Your choice is stored in your browser, not in a cookie, so declining leaves none. To change it, clear your browser storage for this site.
Signing in to internal pages
Part of this site is for the people who work with ITCN rather than for visitors, and it asks them to sign in with Google. If that is you: we receive your email address from Google, nothing else — no name, no picture, no access to your mail or files. We check it against a list of people who should be let in, and keep it in a cookie on your own device for a week so you are not asked again on every page. The cookie is used for nothing but that, and signing out clears it. If you are not on the list, the address is used to tell you so and is not stored.
What you can ask for
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict what we do with it, to object to it, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to privacy@itcn.it and we will reply within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Italy's supervisory authority.
What we do not do
We do not sell data, do not advertise to you across other sites, and make no automated decisions about you.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
