Eligibility
An Italian SME, established in the EU.
ITCN Srl is registered in Turin. That makes us directly eligible as a beneficiary in EU and national research programmes, and we can be named in a proposal as an SME partner. We participate as a single Italian entity, with technology work delivered through a strategic partnership with Harmonic Advance in Ukraine.
What we take on
Typically a technical work package, scoped with you before submission so the budget and the deliverables are real.
Software
Design, build, deploy and operate. Web platforms, clinician-facing tools, participant-facing applications.
Data pipelines
Collection, storage, export and analysis. Structured so the data survives the project and can be reported on.
Clinical workflow
The part most vendors skip. Software that fits how a therapist or clinician actually works, or it goes unused.
Integration
Institutional databases, existing instruments and third-party systems.
How an engagement runs
- Pre-award
Proposal support
Scoping the technical work package, writing the methodology section, and costing it honestly. Initial scoping is free; anything deeper is agreed with you first.
- On award
Contracting
Consortium agreement, data processing terms and the delivery plan.
- Delivery
Build and report
Development against the work package, plus the reporting the programme requires.
What coordinators usually ask
Regulatory literacy
Clinical software brings regulatory questions with it. We know which ones apply to a research project, and we raise them at the start rather than at review.
Grant administration
Funded projects fail on administration more often than on engineering. We resource reporting and compliance as part of the work.
Data protection
GDPR by design, with roles and processing terms agreed before any data moves.
Scoping a proposal?
Send the call reference and the shape of the technical work. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner, and if not, say so early enough for you to find one.
